Event Information
Saturday: Onsite sign-in from 11.30am Course Open 1 – 5pm
Sunday: Onsite sign-in from 8.30am Course Open 9am – 2pm
All riders must be signed on and off course by onsite course marshals to ensure all riders are accounted for.
Children: All children riding on the loop must be in company with a responsible adult.

Event Details
Beverly Vinduro &
Classic MX & VMX Club Invitational
Dates: 3rd & 4th May
Event starts 1PM Saturday.
There will be a riders meeting at 1 pm, followed by an escorted sighting lap. (not compulsory)
Riding Saturday will be concluded at the descretion of the Trail Boss (as sunlight gets poor).
Riding Sunday morning will start after a riders meeting at 9:00 am.
Riding Sunday will conclude after lunch depending on how many people still want to ride.
The track is approximately 13km south of Beverly on the Northam Cranbrook rd.
Vinduro signage will be put up at the gate.
The trail will be about 10km long and include some pines, hills, sandy sections and farm tracks.
The trail will be suitable for novice riders to negotiate.
The riding format is easy, ride one way around the loop as many times as you want while the track is open.
The event is open to any rider's, on any pre 1999 model motorcycle.
Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by their guardian whenever riding.
There will be a first aid tent onsite and sweep riders circulating during the event.
There should be aproximatly 35+ riders at the event.
Event entry fee will be $60 to Club Members.
Club Membership is $70.
This is an invitational event.
Membership is Waivered for the Classic MX Club and the VMX Club.

If entering on the day please BRING CASH as there will be no eftpos facility.
Phone reception is not great onsite so EFT will probably not work.
Ambulance Membership is not compulsory but HIGHLY advised.
Club membership provides very limited insurance, so it is HIGHLY recomended to have your own insurance.
The nearest Hospital is The Beverly Health Service 13km North at Beverly.
The club will provide a small bbq for use.
There will be no food or water provided.
There will be no shelter provided.
There will be a toilet onsite.
