Does my bike qualify

Our club members have a strong interest in owning, tinkering with and riding pre1999 offroad capable motorcycles. So our club caters for these pre99 (manufactured before 1Jan99) bikes at our events. Modern modifications are discouraged (No upgrades or later model parts fitted) as per the original configuration of the 1998 bike. The bikes do not have to be road registered, as we ride (mostly) on private properties. So Enduro's, Motorcross or Road Trail bikes permitted. You may also ride a follow on model/year.

Follow on Models

Follow on Models are bikes made after 1 Jan 1999 and have retained the same frame, suspension, brakes and engine, the onus is on the members to show proof that the bike they want considered is exactly the same as a 1998 model.

Females are Welcome

Those of us that are not part of the male agenda, may ride any motor bike new or old. However, if there is a strong desire to participate in certain club events, such as the Black Diamond or other specified events, they will be required to ride a pre1999 bike.

Those that are 65yrs and Up!

Those that qualify to be seniors in the community(65yo+) may ride any motor bike new or or old . However, if they wish to participate in more serious club events, such as the 'Black Diamond' or other specified events, they may be required ride a pre1999 bike.

Any doubt that your bike does not qualify or is not eligible, or a bike you want to purchase meets our criteria please contact the club. Please do your research before making a decision on an event or a 2nd hand motorcycle.?
